Yes. We do both mechanical and vulcanized splicing on-site, so the joint runs true with minimal downtime.
Can you fix belt mistracking?
Yes. Mistracking usually traces to alignment, tension, or a worn pulley. We find the cause and correct it, not just nudge the belt.
Do you supply food-grade belting?
Yes. We supply and install FDA-compliant food-grade PVC and PU belt for food, beverage, and processing lines, across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Eastern BC.
Can you replace just a section of modular belt?
Yes, that’s a key advantage of modular plastic belt. We can replace damaged sections without pulling the entire run.
What information do you need for a belt service quote?
Send your site location, conveyor make and model, belt type and width if known, and a description of the fault. Include existing photos, part numbers and your preferred shutdown window.
